Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for working with AMETRA. Agreed scope, clear prices, full handover.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written plan and an exact price, agreed before work begins. The price covers the scope described in that plan. If you request additional work later, we quote it separately before doing it — no surprise charges.
Revisions
Each package includes the revision rounds listed in its description. A revision round means one consolidated set of change requests. Additional rounds beyond the included ones are quoted plainly before we proceed.
Payment
Payment terms (amount, method, and schedule) are confirmed in your quote before work starts. We accept established payment providers including Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, and Chime, depending on availability for your location.
Ownership and handover
When the project is complete and paid, everything is yours: the website files, the design sources, the domain, and all account access. We keep nothing hostage and charge no ongoing fees unless you specifically hire us for maintenance.
Timelines
Delivery estimates in packages and quotes are made in good faith and depend on receiving your content and feedback on time. If something on our side causes a delay, we tell you immediately and give a revised date.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, email, and security services are provided by third parties (such as domain registrars and Cloudflare). Their fees and terms apply to those services; we set them up in your name where possible so you own the accounts.
